Teens who live with someone else’s drinking often carry pain that adults never see. They learn to stay quiet and to cope alone. But silence doesn’t mean they’re okay. The truth is: without support, many of them keep struggling long after the adults around them assume they’ll ‘grow out of it.’ Alateen gives them a place where their experiences are understood.
